Admissions

Admissions for academic year will be opened for class I in every January. The minimum age of children seeking admission to class I should be 06 years as on April 1, of the academic session, with one more year added progressively for higher classes.

Curriculum

The school follows the syllabus prescribed by NCERT and the Central Board of Secondary Education. Over the years, the school has carved out a niche for itself through an excellent academic curriculum, a faculty of competent and dedicated members ready to pay individual attention to each child.

Evaluation

Consequent upon the decision taken by the Governing body of the CBSE the examination from Academic Year 2017-18 onwards would be conducted as per the remodelled assessment structure explained below.

The Building

The attractive building has brightly coloured classrooms and wide, open walkways. Outside, there is a basketball court, a big playground and separate lawned play areas for nursery and junior children.

Library / Resource Centre

A well-resourced library enables students to enrich and expand their horizons. The HMGS library has a vast and diverse collection of books for children of all levels. It is constantly expanding its resource centre stocked with books, journals, videos, etc.

ICT Laboratories

The fully networked ICT (Information and Communication Technology) laboratories are equipped with the latest computers and other state of the art IT applications, including interactive learning tools and also offer Internet connectivity.

Science Laboratory

The school has purpose built, fully equipped composite science laboratory that is modern and safe.

Sports Facilities

Brightland Public School has a variety of sport fields to encourage specialised learning in various outdoor activities.

Secure Campus

There is a Public Address (PA) system, CCTV surveillance system and a 100% power and water back up. EPABX connections enhance communications facilities for parents. In addition, the school is well guarded by trained security staff.

Purified Water

School provides safe drinking water for its children. A commercial heavy duty reverse osmosis plant is set up in the school premises to provide clean drinking water chilled by 5 chillers.

It is to inform you that tomorrow on 19/08/2022, Friday, the school will remain closed on account of Janamashtmi.

On 20/08/2022, Saturday Parents Teachers Meet is scheduled to be held from 8:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m.

You are requested to come to school with your ward/wards.

Note: Make sure that your ward is in school uniform with diary.
